WalletCycleGizlilik Politikası
Özet
WalletCycle (“uygulama”), Torontosoft tarafından geliştirilen bir kişisel ve aile bütçe uygulamasıdır. Tek başına kullanırken hesap gerekmez; gelir ve giderlerin yalnızca cihazında kalır. Ortak defter açarsan, davet ettiğin kişilerin aynı kayıtları görebilmesi için o defter sunucumuzda tutulur. Reklam, analiz ya da takip araçları kullanılmaz. Verileri satmayız.
Tek başına kullanım
Ortak defter açmadığın sürece harcama ve gelir kayıtları, kategoriler, bütçe ayarları ve aile üyesi isimleri yalnızca cihazının yerel depolama alanında saklanır ve bize gönderilmez.
Ortak defter
Ortak defter için e-posta ve şifreyle hesap oluşturursun. Şifre sunucuda geri döndürülemeyecek biçimde saklanır. Davet, davet edilen e-posta adresine uygulama içinde görünür; e-posta göndermeyiz. Defteri açtığında veya bir daveti kabul ettiğinde gelir, gider, kategori, bütçe ve üye isimleri Torontosoft sunucusundaki veritabanına yazılır. Bu kayıtlara yalnızca o defterin üyeleri erişir. Kayıtlar uygulamanın çalışması için tutulur, reklam için kullanılmaz.
Yedek dosyası
“Yedeği dışa aktar” özelliğini kullandığında verilerin tek bir dosyaya yazılır ve iOS paylaşım menüsü açılır. Dosyanın nereye gönderileceğine yalnızca sen karar verirsin. Bu, telefon değiştirmek içindir; aile paylaşımı ortak defter üzerinden yapılır.
İnternet bağlantısı ve üçüncü taraflar
Tek başına kullanım internet gerektirmez. Ortak defterin eşitlenmesi için internet gerekir. Uygulama üçüncü taraf analiz, reklam ya da hata raporlama hizmeti içermez. Apple’ın App Store ve iOS üzerinden topladığı bilgiler Apple’ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Verilerin silinmesi
Bu telefondaki kopyayı Ayarlar → Tüm verileri sil ile silebilirsin. Ortak defterdeki hesabını Ortak defter ekranından silebilirsin. Defterde yalnızsan defter de silinir. Başka üyeler varsa onların kopyası durur; senin üyeliğin kalkar. Uygulamayı kaldırmak sunucudaki hesabı silmez.
Çocukların gizliliği
Ortak defter bir hesap istediği için 13 yaşın altındakilere yönelik değildir. Aile üyesi olarak eklenen isimler, ortak defter açılmadıysa yalnızca cihazda kalır; açıldıysa defterle birlikte sunucuda durur.

Privacy Policy
Summary
WalletCycle (“the app”) is a personal and family budgeting app developed by Torontosoft. Used on its own, it needs no account and your records stay on your device. If you open a shared ledger, that ledger is stored on our server so the people you invite can see the same records. The app has no advertising, analytics, or tracking. We do not sell data.
Using the app on your own
Until you open a shared ledger, expense and income records, categories, budget settings, and family member names stay in your device’s local storage and are not sent to us.
Shared ledger
A shared ledger needs an account with an email address and a password. The password is stored in a form we cannot turn back into the original. An invite appears inside the app for that email; we do not send an email. When you create a ledger or accept an invite, income, expenses, categories, budget, and member names are written to Torontosoft’s database. Only members of that ledger can read it. The records are kept so the app can work, not for advertising.
Backup file
When you use “Export backup”, your data is written to a single file and the iOS share sheet opens. You decide where that file goes. Backups are for changing phones. Family sharing uses the shared ledger.
Network access and third parties
Using the app on your own does not need an internet connection. Syncing a shared ledger does. The app includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. Information Apple collects through the App Store and iOS is subject to Apple’s privacy policy.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete all data removes the copy on this phone. You can delete the shared-ledger account from the Shared ledger screen. If you are the only member, the ledger is deleted too. If other people remain, they keep their copy and your membership ends. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server account.
Children’s privacy
Because a shared ledger requires an account, it is not directed at children under 13. Names added as family members stay on the device unless a shared ledger is opened, in which case they are stored with that ledger.
